Went to Warren James near Drake Circus in Plymouth and spoke to a lovely lady called Lauren. She was so helpful and she has excellent customer service.
All the jewellery are marked at great prices and I highly recommend. I would definitely go back myself, very pleased with my items on every occasion.

Bought a ring online, website says this can be exchanged instore. Once item received, it says only online.
Item send back by post for refund, no news for past 2 days to say they received , although tracking says delivered. No great

I visited the Plymouth 2 branch and being treated relatively well. After taking my money on something they did not know whether they could get the treatment to myself has been appalling since then. I am disabled and find this treatment exceedingly difficult to cope with. I cannot get a reasonable answer to anything. I worry desperately that although promised if they cannot get my ring size they would give me my money back in full. I have emailed them twice with their own refund form and have heard nothing. I just do not know who to turn to for help.

Visited Stevenage store to look at Pendants and I must say was greeted by two ladies who clearly didn't want to be there. Not welcoming at all.
One of the ladies who was trying to show me items was a mission as she was wearing over the top false nails and was a pain trying tiew items.Clearly bot suitable for this type of work.I must say I want be returning there

I bought three rings from Aylesbury store. Two collected and one to collect when available. The two got scratched after barely used for less than a week. They want me to pay £12 per item to polish which I feel it's not acceptable. I have tried to get my money back but no luck. Never use them ever again plus my credit card wouldn't help.

Never again !!!

my wife has a white gold engagement ring from Warren James which now causes discomfort due to arthritis in her fingers. We still have her original ring from way back so we took the warren james ring to a shop that that we have used before and with a good reputation that buys gold as we had decided to sell it. Original RRP was about £500. Their price £249 todays valuation £31.50 Do your research before you buy from this lot. How embarrassing

We went to the Plymouth 2 store as we were looking for 2 wedding rings. The store manager Natasha served us and was absolutely amazing. She was helpful with sizing our rings and very warm and friendly. Natasha enhanced our shopping experience and made us feel very valued as customers. Thank you Natasha.

Avoid Warren James at all costs. If the item you order online doesn't fit or isn't suitable you have two options. 1) take into your local store where they will only EXCHANGE it for you - there is no REFUND so if the item doesn't fit and they haven't got a better size you are completely screwed; 2) try contacting them on their website as there is NO telephone number for them, the website is awful and for some reason doesn't accept mobile telephone numbers as a point of contact from the customer. I will never use them again!!!!!!!!! P.S and when the ring came it was in a jiffy bag, I would get better quality items from a machine in an amusement arcade

Placed order online and they have taken my money but no confirmation. What on earth?! Will have to complain and make claim via PayPal!

I bought some items online. Never again. Two silver chains that looked like something you would win from a vending machine. Two pair of gold earrings that look too cheap even for casual wear. I've seen better quality earrings sold in Mataland at a fraction of the price! Unfortunately even though I did not wear the cheap looking earrings they cannot be returned. I tried to return the chains online and it just would not let me. Even their send message would not let me do that. I may just donate them to a charity shop as I certainly wouldn't offer them as a gift to anyone. Last time I will ever deal with this company !!!

I purchased a pair of earrings for my daughter's 21st birthday online. They cost £49, originally £69. When they arrived, not even in a box but a plastic bag, they looked like they came out of a Christmas cracker. Very cheap looking. Very disappointed and won't be giving them to my daughter. Can't return them under their refund policy so I have wasted £49. Do NOT buy from these.

Really disappointed with the Hereford Branch of this store.

My Mum mistakenly left her bracelet and 3 charms on the counter here in a bag. The shop assistant put it safe for her, but it was later thrown away by the store manager.

When my Mother returned to ask about it, she was really upset to be told this, as the bracelet had sentimental value.

She was offered a measly £33 compensation for her (Pandora) bracelet and 3 charms and no acknowledgement that the store was in the wrong.

Very disappointed with their service.
